This covers qaworkers.com, the website. Accounts aren’t open yet; when they are, what the workers do with your app will have its own terms.

When you ask for a first look

The form takes your web address, your work email and, sometimes, a short note on how you relate to the site, plus the language of the page you sent it from, so we know which language to write back in. It reaches us as an email. We use it to look at that site’s public pages, read-only, and to write back to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share it.

When you visit

  • No cookies. The site doesn’t set any.
  • Language. An address without a language (like qaworkers.com) opens in your browser’s language. Your choice lives in the address (/en or /es), not in a cookie, and we don’t keep it.
  • Visit counts. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It doesn’t follow you to other sites.
  • Server logs. Our host sees your IP address to serve the page. The form uses it for a minute, in memory, to stop repeated sends. Our own logs keep a request number, never your email.
  • Site icons. When you type a web address, we fetch that site’s icon to show it next to the field. We don’t save the address.

Who handles it

  • Vercel hosts the site and counts visits.
  • Resend delivers the form’s email to us.
  • Google runs the inbox it lands in.

How long, and how to remove it

We keep a first-look request while we’re talking with you. To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, reply to any email from us and we’ll do it. If you never sent the form, we hold nothing that names you.
